Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Requests are subject to approval based on the order status.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Note:
Orders placed for special occasions or limited-time collections (such as Diwali, Holi, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are non-cancellable.


Refunds & Replacements

  • Requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Eligible reasons include:
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Product received in damaged or spoiled condition

To process your request, customers must provide clear details and supporting photographs of the issue.

Important:

  • Refunds or replacements will not be accepted based on personal taste preferences if the product is within its expiry date and quality standards.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Report it within 12 hours of delivery
  • Share images and relevant details for verification

Once approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.


Replacement Policy

  • A replacement of the same product will be shipped.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product will be offered after discussion with the customer.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days from our end.
  • The amount is then routed through the payment gateway and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/provider.
