Shipping Partners
Orders are delivered through Parampara – The Mithai Shop’s in-house delivery team or trusted third-party logistics partners, depending on the service location.
Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:
- Metro Cities: 2–3 working days (excluding public holidays)
- Non-Metro Locations: 3–5 working days (excluding public holidays)
- Remote Areas: Delivery timelines may vary based on location
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select locations within Hyderabad
- Scheduled Delivery: Orders are delivered as per the date selected by the customer
Delivery Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or local disruptions
- Public holidays or festivals
- Courier partner delays
- Strikes or natural calamities
Please note:
- Delivery timelines are not guaranteed during peak seasons or festivals.
- For outstation deliveries handled by courier partners, timelines are subject to their service capabilities.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Address & Order Accuracy
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Parampara – The Mithai Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
For any changes to your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email.
We will try to accommodate changes based on the order status; however:
- No changes can be made once the order has been shipped.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Taxes & Additional Charges
Any applicable charges such as GST, customs duties, or other local taxes (national or international) after shipment will be borne by the customer/consignee.
